2. Powerstart

Powerstart is a Fast Start commission and is paid on a weekly basis. It is paid upon the first wholesale order with volume sold within thirty (30) days of the application date of a personally sponsored Distributor. It is paid based on the Sponsorship Tree. All subsequent orders are paid out as Unilevel volume. There are three levels of commissions on Powerstart. Product Volume requirement must have been met within the last six weeks of the order.

(a) "Basic": Basic Powerstart pays 20% commission on all personally sponsored initial wholesale orders when there is 100 PV.

(b) "Plus": Plus Powerstart pays 30% commission on all personally sponsored initial wholesale orders when there is a personal monthly auto order (ADP) of 100 PV.

(c) "Double-Depth": Double-Depth Powerstart 15% on all second level of the sponsorship tree initial wholesale orders when there is a personal monthly auto order (ADP) of 200 PV.

As an example, earn $30 on one case or $60 on two cases of your personally sponsored distributor's first order. Personally sponsoring three people you have nearly recovered your initial investment.

3. Unilevel
This 9 level plan also has a feature called “streamline compression”.  There is only one other company that we are aware of that uses this feature and they broke every record in the nutrition industry and created over 105 Millionaires!
 
Unilevel is paid on a monthly basis and applies Streamline Compression. Unilevel commissions are not paid on Powerstart sales. There are six levels of compensation under Unilevel.

(a) "Representative": A Distributor who has monthly 100 PV. A Representative is paid commissions on two volume levels.

(b) "Preferred Representative": A Distributor who has monthly auto order (ADP) of 100 PV. A Preferred Representative is paid commissions on three volume levels.

(c) "1K": A Distributor who has monthly auto order (ADP) 100 PV; has sponsored three (3) auto order (ADP) distributors; and has1,000 Group PV. A 1K is paid commissions on four volume levels.

(d) "5K": A Distributor who has monthly auto order (ADP) 100 PV; has sponsored three (3) 1K distributors; and has 5,000 Group PV. A 5K is paid commissions on five volume levels.

(e) "20K": A Distributor who has monthly auto order (ADP) 200 PV; has sponsored three (3) 5K distributors; and has 20,000 Group PV. A 20K is paid commissions on seven volume levels.

(f) "Premier": A Distributor who has monthly auto order (ADP) 200 PV; has sponsored a minimum of two (2) 20K distributors and one (1) 5K distributor; and has 50,000 Group PV. A Premier is paid commissions on nine volume levels.

The above chart displays the ranks as we promote to Premier.  Even at the Premier rank, you are still working with just THREE motivated people who duplicate!

The first achievement is 1K.  3 personally sponsored distributors who are on ADP (Automatic Delivery Program) with a total of 10 cases on the entire team (including your order, $1,000 GPV*).

5K indicates you have helped your 3 personally sponsored distributors who are on ADP each develop a 1K distributor with a total of 50 cases on the entire team ($5,000)

20K indicates you have helped your 3 personally sponsored distributors who are on ADP each develop a 5K distributor with a total of 200 cases on the entire team ($20,000GPV)

Premier indicates you have helped 2 of your personally sponsored distributors who are on ADP to a 20K and 1 personally sponsored on ADP become a 5K with a total of 500 cases on the entire team ($50,000 GPV).*GPV (Group and Personal Volume)

 
 
 
This is a MILLION DOLLAR Business!!! If everyone was on an ADP for TWO cases per month that number would double.
 
The diagram above is only an example of the income potential in the XanGo™compensation plan and should only be used as a guideline for what is possible. While the potential is there for all of us, each of us must meet the qualifications as set out in XanGo™ Policies and Procedures.

4) Quarterly Global Pool Paid quarterly

3%
3 % of worldwide commissionable volume will be divided pro rata amongst qualified leaders. Quarterly Global Pool Checks will be paid on a quarterly basis.
Retail Consumer - Allows you to register with the company and purchase XanGo™ at the retail price.

Retail Sales - Allows you to sell product for a price greater than wholesale.

Member - Any distributor registered with XanGo™ with less than 100 PV. Ranks and Titles are advanced with the Unilevel Commission Run.

XanGo™ commits a portion of net profits from every sale of XanGo™ to charitable organizations.
These are groups that work directly with communities to help them thrive and prosper.
